When you feel like giving up / how to deal with losing hope. f you would like to arrange a Skype call with me, my Skype username is: james7alexander
Accept the fact that you’re ill. Do not accept that you can’t recover.
My name is James and I struggled for most of my life with ill health (adrenal fatigue, Chronic fatigue syndrome, glandular fever, fibromyalgia). From early 2007 until 2015 I rarely left my house due to my symptoms being unbearable. Severe anxiety, muscle pains, chronic fatigue, POTS, stomach issues, joint pain, acne, suicidal depression, brain fog, weakness, eczema, insomnia.... the list of symptoms grew year by year.
I had no hope and no answers. My symptoms kept getting worse. It took me years to finally understand what it takes to achieve good vibrant health and I’m here to make sure you avoid wasting as many years as I did trying to recover.
If you would like to contact me: firstname.lastname@example.org (I always prioritise people who have donated as I get quite busy).
I can help you with:
-CFS, fibromyalgia, ME, POTS
-anxiety, social anxiety
-general health advice
-be an understanding ear for what you’re going through ! Just talking to somebody that gets it can help.
I have an inactive podcast but you may want to listen to the old sessions!
